We offer a broad range of services for both Residential clients and Developer clients.
Private Residential Services 
Interior Design-We discuss the brief with the client and develop the initial concept. On developing the concept we detail out the next stages and budget with you supported by designs, materials and visuals for joinery, architectural detailing and interior colour schemes. Once approved we realise the project for the client and ensure that the deadlines of the project are adhered to, ensuring our clients have peace of mind to enjoy their new home.

FFE –FFE schemes and design layouts showing furniture, decorative light schemes showing a wide range of finishing touches to compliment and complete any project.

Design & Build 
Working alongside with a architectural and builder partners we can offer a complete service, where we can take the process from concept to completion for you. Working with our architects we can take you through the project planning stages and tender process to the final on site works, all project managed by our teams. Areas we work within are from single rooms, basements, extensions to complete refurbishment.
 
Consultancy –Working with the client or contractor, in an advisory capacity to make recommendations of how to get the best out of their project and budget, by reviewing plans, budget costings and finishes.
Visualisation –We offer multiple style of CGI (Computer Generated Images) that create and enhance the clients vision and experience of the project. The service can be for one or several areas both residential and commercial.

Dressing out for sale/rental   –A turnkey service where we review the projects requirements & budget.  We create a concept design scheme presentation pack within your budget and aimed at the target market ensuring the end product of the finished look maximises the potential of the space and increase the value of the investment. We can tailor the packages to suit all levels of budget with onsite completion can be as little 4-6 weeks for bronze package.

Furniture Design 
With our source of suppliers and materials we have designed bespoke pieces for clients where they are looking for that special piece.

Developers Services 

Interior Design-Following on from our initial discussions with you for the project and budget, we commence on developing the concept and detailed budget for your approval. We would present to you our ideas for designs, materials and visuals for joinery, architectural detailing and interior colour schemes. Once approved we realise the project for the client and ensure that the deadlines and timeframes of the project are adhered to and ensuring our clients have peace of mind.

Show homes and show flats FFE – We create FFE schemes and design layouts showing furniture, decorative light schemes showing a wide range of finishing touches to compliment and complete any project. We provide a full photo Inventory and listing of items on completion of the project.

Technical Specification – Concept development and specification – JPD offers a complete concept design service for developers and their new developments,  including a complete internal specification service that includes choices for all fixtures and fittings and finishes for both residential and communal areas.

Dressing out for sale   –A turnkey service where we review the projects requirements & budget.  We create a concept design scheme presentation pack within your budget and aimed at the target market ensuring the end product of the finished look maximises the potential of the space and increase the value of the investment. We can tailor the packages to suit all levels of budget with onsite completion can be as little 4-6 weeks for stock items and semi bespoke products in our Bronze tier packages.

The service can be for one or several areas both residential and commercial. We offer both development CGI’s to help you through the development phase whilst your project goes through the design process, as well as CGI’s for all your marketing requirements.
